We collect the account details you provide (first name, last name, and email address) and the answers you enter about your nonprofit — such as your organization name, formation state, and journey responses.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, banking information, driver's-license numbers, or copies of identification. Please do not enter them.

Your information is used to operate LaunchPad: saving your progress, showing your dashboard, and preparing the materials you build inside the product.

Access rules are enforced at the database level so that each account can only read and change its own profile, organization, and journey answers.

You can update your answers at any time, and you can contact us to request deletion of your account and its data.
