For more than two decades, Toni Dixon has worked in nonprofit development, fundraising, grant writing, organizational strategy, and capacity building.
Since 2004, she has helped nonprofit organizations and their leaders transform ideas into programs, strengthen organizational infrastructure, pursue funding, and build strategies for sustainable growth.
Her career has given her the opportunity to see nonprofit development from multiple perspectives — from working inside nonprofit organizations to advising founders and leaders responsible for turning ambitious missions into sustainable organizations.
Throughout her career, Toni has helped nonprofit organizations pursue and secure more than $37 million in funding while developing the strategies, programs, partnerships, and organizational infrastructure necessary to compete for funding and serve their communities effectively.
Over the years, Toni began helping individuals transform ideas for serving their communities into formally established nonprofit organizations. One of the accomplishments she is most proud of is maintaining a 100% approval track record for the 501(c)(3) applications prepared for clients.
But filing the paperwork has never been the end of the relationship. Over more than two decades of working with nonprofit founders and organizations, we noticed the same pattern again and again. Passionate people had powerful ideas for helping their communities. They knew why they wanted to start a nonprofit. What they didn't always know was what came next.
