Intake and kickoff
We collect your vision, mission, and the details of your organization through a short guided intake, and answer any questions.

Your documents are drafted
Our team drafts your organizational budget, programs and activities summary, conflict of interest policy, bylaws, and articles of incorporation.

Weeks 2–3
State incorporation
We file your articles of incorporation in your state and pay the state incorporation fee on your behalf.

Weeks 3–6
IRS filing
We prepare and submit your long-form Form 1023 and pay the $600 IRS user fee. We monitor the IRS response and keep you updated.
